Required Experience

• 12 to 15 years of progressive marketing experience
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as CMO, Marketing Director, or Head of Marketing
• Proven track record in brand development, digital transformation, and business growth
• Strong professional experience within Qatar or the wider GCC market

Key Skills

• Strategic marketing planning aligned with business objectives
• Brand management, corporate communications, and public relations
• Digital marketing across social media, SEO, SEM, content, CRM, and marketing automation
• Market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting
• Budget management, KPI tracking, and ROI reporting
• Team leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Skills

• MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy in line with business goals
• Lead brand management, digital marketing, corporate communications, PR, and customer engagement
• Drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth through innovative campaigns
• Oversee all digital marketing channels and marketing automation systems
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities
• Partner closely with executive leadership, sales, and business development teams
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
