Required Experience
- 12 to 15 years of progressive marketing experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as CMO, Marketing Director, or Head of Marketing
- Proven track record in brand development, digital transformation, and business growth
- Strong professional experience within Qatar or the wider GCC market
Key Skills
- Strategic marketing planning aligned with business objectives
- Brand management, corporate communications, and public relations
- Digital marketing across social media, SEO, SEM, content, CRM, and marketing automation
- Market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting
- Budget management, KPI tracking, and ROI reporting
- Team leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Skills
- MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy in line with business goals
- Lead brand management, digital marketing, corporate communications, PR, and customer engagement
- Drive customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth through innovative campaigns
- Oversee all digital marketing channels and marketing automation systems
