Location: Gurgaon (PTC)
Engagement Type: Full-Time, 5 Days/Week

Salary: ₹65,000 to ₹70,000/month (approx.)

If you can look at a stack of trend reports and see next season's bestseller before anyone else does, Hunarstreet wants you designing their men's shirt collections. This role sits right at the intersection of creative direction and production reality, so you'll need both.

Required Experience

• 7 to 8 years of experience with domestic apparel brands
• Direct experience designing men's shirts
• Strong knowledge of shirt fabrics, garment construction, and pattern making

Key Skills

• Fashion design (graduate qualification required)
• Tech pack creation and sample development oversight
• Trend research and concept development
• Fit corrections and product improvement based on market feedback
• Strong communication and teamwork

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design skills for labels, trims, and print work

Responsibilities

• Research fashion trends and develop concepts for upcoming men's wear collections
• Create design concepts and tech packs, then oversee sample development from start to finish
• Design graphics, labels, and trims to support product sampling
• Prepare production-ready tech packs and coordinate directly with production teams
• Conduct market and competitor research to sharpen and improve product collections
• Handle fit corrections and product refinements based on real market feedback
