The Punjab Revenue Authority is hiring an Internal Audit Specialist to join its Finance Department at headquarters in Lahore. This is a BS-18 government position offering a strong career opportunity for finance professionals with solid audit experience.

Required Experience

• Five years of practical, relevant field experience after completing the required qualification
• Experience in private entities accepted only if registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or another recognized regulatory authority

Key Skills

• Internal audit and financial control expertise
• Strong understanding of finance and audit standards
• Analytical and administrative competence in a regulatory or revenue authority setting

Preferred Skills

• CA, ACMA, or MBA in Finance
• BBA in Finance (second division) or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits within the Finance Department
• Review financial processes and controls for compliance and accuracy
• Support the Authority's governance and financial oversight functions
• Prepare audit findings and reports for departmental review
• Coordinate with relevant teams to strengthen internal financial systems
