This is a full-time, remote role for someone who doesn't just run ads, but understands the strategy, creative, and numbers behind every winning campaign.

🎯 Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
• Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to create high-converting ad creatives, including images, video, and copy
• Comfortable using AI tools for creative generation, marketing, and productivity
• Sharp analytical skills to read campaign data, optimize performance, and scale what works

📋 What You'll Be Doing

• Planning and launching Meta ad campaigns from the ground up
• Managing and continuously optimizing ad performance
• Creating scroll-stopping ad creatives using design tools and AI
• Writing ad copy that converts
• Working inside GoHighLevel to support broader marketing campaigns
• Reporting on campaign performance and turning insights into action
