🎯 Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
- Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to create high-converting ad creatives, including images, video, and copy
- Comfortable using AI tools for creative generation, marketing, and productivity
- Sharp analytical skills to read campaign data, optimize performance, and scale what works
📋 What You'll Be Doing
- Planning and launching Meta ad campaigns from the ground up
- Managing and continuously optimizing ad performance
- Creating scroll-stopping ad creatives using design tools and AI
- Writing ad copy that converts
- Working inside GoHighLevel to support broader marketing campaigns
- Reporting on campaign performance and turning insights into action
