who understands the freelance ecosystem inside out. This is not an entry-level
position — you must already know how to navigate Upwork Connects, optimize
Fiverr gigs, and convert cold leads into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and
apply to relevant jobs daily on Upwork & Fiverr that match the
agency’s services
- Write customized,
high-converting proposals and cover letters for each bid
- Handle client
communication, negotiations, and follow-ups professionally via chat
and video calls
- Book discovery
calls and close deals for the agency’s digital service portfolio
- Manage
and optimize Upwork/Fiverr profiles, portfolios, and gigs for

- Track
